As a prospective candidate for one of our searches, you will work directly with experienced, highly skilled principals who know their industry.
You will be asked pointed, candid questions so we may learn as much as we can about you, your career accomplishments, motivation, style, needs and desires.
We will require that a well-written, short and to-the-point resume be submitted.
We respect the confidentiality of your candidacy and will not pass your resume forward to a client without your knowledge.
We reserve the right to share your resume with a select group of other search firms without your express permission unless otherwise requested in writing.
We will determine if you "fit" our client's specific needs and, if so, proceed with an in-depth interview and reference checking, with your approval.
If it is determined that the "fit" is not right for this assignment, we will enter your resume in a confidential off-line database for future reference.
Be assured that we will contact you if we feel your credentials are applicable.
