RSI was founded in 1989 by Stan Clayman and, under his direction, grew into one of the leading recruiting firms in the country. Ken Snyder, a partner of Mr. Clayman's since 1996, acquired the business in 2004 and the team at RSI continues to build on the founder's legacy of excellence in the field of recruitment.
